Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid USPS shipping label provided at the end of the return process to ensure your package is tracked.
Pack Your Items
Place the items with their original tags in the original shipping box or a secure mailer and affix the prepaid label to the outside.
Drop Off and Refund
Give the package to your mail carrier or drop it off at any USPS location; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
